Gluten Free Vanilla Pudding Recipe

  • 3 cups non-fat dry milk
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, please use freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
Mix all except the vanilla, and store in an airtight container.

To prepare, mix 1/2 cup of mix to 2 cups milk. Heat and stir constantly while bringing to a boil. Cool, then add vanilla extract.
