$100 Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • ICING
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and chocolate. Mix dry ingredients with milk and combine with other mixture. Add nuts. Bake in angel food cake pan at 350° for 1 hour or until tests done. Blend all icing ingredients and spread over cooled cake. Can sprinkle more nuts over top.
