Pumpkin Pudding 10 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked or canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 teaspoon cloves ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg or 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup slivered nuts
Directions
Drain pumpkin well and mash. Stir into pumpkin the coconut, sugar, flour, butter and spices. Beat eggs and add to the pumpkin mixture. Pour into 9 inch round baking dish, bake at 375°F for 25 minutes then sprinkle top with nuts and bake another 20 minutes.
