Corn Dip 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans shoepeg corn
  • 1 can mexi-corn
  • 1 can diced Rotel
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Drain shoepeg corn, mexi-corn and diced Rotel. Mix together and add chopped onions, mayonnaise and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fritos are best served with this dip. Makes 10-12 servings.
