Strawberry Chocolate Cake Recipe

Lightly spray microwave safe pan with cooking spray and set aside. In a medium bowl mix cake mix, egg whites, pie filling, and water until well combined. Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly. Place uncovered in microwave oven and bake for 11-13 minutes at high power. After 10 minutes check every minute and remove from microwave when a small area appears uncooked at center of cake. Place on a rack and cool 10 minutes before turning out onto a serving plate. Allow to cool slightly and glaze with frosting. Serve warm with whipped topping and fresh strawberries, if desired
