Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3 eggs (large)
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 2 Envelopes Choco-Bake
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups grated Zucchini
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet mini morsels
Directions
Beat butter til creamy Gradually add sugar. Beat 5-7 minutes.

Add eggs 1 at a time to butter mixture. Beat in next 3 ingredients.

Stir in zucchini.

Combine next 5 ingredients. Add to butter mixture. Stir in mini morsels.

Pour into prepared Bundt Pan. Bake at 350 degrees - 45 minutes

Cool. Sprinkle with powered sugar if desired.
