Pecan Chewies 3 Recipe

  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add flour and blend well. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour batter into a greased 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
