Koch Kase (German Cooked Cheese) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 slices Kraft Swiss American Cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk (small can)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour (leveled)
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Directions
Melt butter and add flour mixing well. Add milk and cheese. Heat over very low heat until melted well. Add caraway seeds and place in a container to cool completely. Store in refrigerator. Best if served on fresh homemade bread.
