The Ruby Slipper Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package yellow cake mix or pudding recipe cake mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package raspberry jello (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 tube or bundt pan (10 inch tube)
Directions
Combine cake mix, sour cream, water and eggs in large bowl. Blend, then beat for 2 minutes. Spoon 1/3 of batter into well-greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 gelatin (right out of the box). Repeat layers (don't use all the gelatin in the second layer). Spread remaining 1/3 of the batter over gelatin to cover. Bake at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with 10x sugar.
