Hot Fruit Compote 2 Recipe

Update Servings
  • 1 can apricots (large can)
  • 1 can pineapple cut into pieces (large can)
  • 1 can pears (large can)
  • 1 can peaches (large can)
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • SAUCE:
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Combine fruit and arrange in a baking dish.

Boil sauce ingredients and pour over fruit.

Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
