Coconut Pie 28 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Pie Shell (Regular)
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon SR Flour
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can Bakers Coconut or 2 cup Fresh Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients mixing well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour.
