FRESH PEACH PIE 26 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe peaches (large)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 peaches
Directions
Crush 3 peaches; add starch and water. Cook over medium heat until thickened and clear. Cool. Slice 4 peaches into 9 inch baked pie shell. Pour cooled mixture and chill. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
