BANANA BREAD 324 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 6 over ripe Bananas
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • dash of Salt
  • nuts, chopped
Directions
Combine ingredients. Fill 3 greased or sprayed loaf pans with batter. Bake at 350° about an hour. Let set a few minutes then dump out of pan. Better if frozen and then served. Very good warmed with butter melted on top.
