Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup frozen peas or frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick┬« Perfect Pinch┬« Original Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 cups instant white rice
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds (optional)

1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Add water, peas and Seasoning. Bring to boil.

2. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds, if desired.
