Pumpkin Pudding 8 Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream divided
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
Combine 1/2 cup of cream, milk, pudding mix, and pie spice. Whisk till thick and smooth, about 2 minutes. Stir in pumpking. Spoon into desert dishes. Whip remaining cream till stiff and peaks form. Serve with a dollop of the whipped cream and some pie spice on top for garnish.
