Death By Chocolate 21 Recipe

  • 37 Oreo Cookies (divided)
  • 14 ounces caramels
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (5 ounce can)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip (divided)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 cup Heath Bar bits (optional)
Finely crush 25 Oreos and spread them in a 9x13 inch pan.

Melt caramels with milk and margarine. Pour this over cookies in pan.

Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over caramel mixture.

Top with remaining Cool Whip.

Sprinkle with 12 finely crushed Oreos. Sprinkle with pecans and/or Heath bits, if desired.

Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
