Tuxedo Brownie Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 squares white baking chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 pint raspberries
Directions
Make a brownie mix according to package directions and bake in mini muffin pan. Press with tart shaper upon removing from oven. Cool for 15 minutes remove from pan.

Microwave white chocolate and milk for 1 minute. Mix with the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip. Frost each brownie and top with a raspberry.
