Slow Cooker Apple Crisp Recipe

  • 6 macintosh apples, cored, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
Arrange apple slices in a greased slow cooker; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and sprinkle over apples, pressing down lightly. Cover and cook on high setting for 4 hours or until apples are tender.
