1. Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, water, sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion salt in large saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, prepare spaghetti as directed on package. Drain.
3. Serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Chunky Tomato and Mushroom Sauce: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large saucepan on high heat. Add 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook as directed.
