Coconut Cream Pie 34 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces frozen coconut
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 package Instant cheese cake pudding (small box)
  • 1 cool-whip (8 ounce )
  • 1 cup Cream of coconut
  • 2 Graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Directions
Mix together: frozen coconut, cream cheese, instant cheese cake pudding, cool-whip and cream of coconut. Put into 2 graham cracker crust and put in frig. to set up. Whip 1 cup of whipping cream with 1 tbs. of powdered sugar. put on top of pies and sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
