Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Oregano Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Mustard, Ground

1. Preheat broiler. Mix ground beef and Steak Seasoning in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.

2. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.

3. Spray broiler rack and pan with no stick cooking spray. Broil patties on broiler rack 4 inches away from heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Top each patty with cheese mixture.
