Apple Bars 19 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 cups peeled, diced apples
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Use mixer to cream margarine and sugar; add eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Add apples and nuts.

Bake in greased 9x13 baking pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve with whipped topping.
