Shrimp Caesar Salad Recipe

Found on many restaurant menus, this salad is easy to prepare at home with packaged Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing and seasoned grilled shrimp.

  • 1 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 oil
  • 1 McCormick┬« Perfect Pinch┬« Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 (10 ounces) torn Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 McCormick® Salad Toppins™ Roasted Garlic Caesar
  • 1/2 shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Caesar salad dressing
1. Brush shrimp with oil. Sprinkle with Seasoning.

2. Grill shrimp over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink.

3. Toss lettuce, Salad Toppins and Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Divide salad evenly among 4 serving plates. Top each salad with grilled shrimp.
