PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cake
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Eggs (beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour Milk (1/2 cup milk + 1 teaspoon vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ICING
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups one box) Powder Sugar
Directions
Cake: Mix butter, peanut butter, and water together. Bring to boil and pour over flour and sugar. Mix well. Add to the mixture the eggs, vanilla, milk, and soda. Pour into cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake

Icing: While the cake cools, mix butter peanut butter and milk together. Bring to boil and pour over the powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Spread over the cake while still warm.
