Snow Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups small marshmallows, or 24 big
  • 1 package Philadelphia cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 2 packages Jello, any flavor (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
Directions
Melt together the marshmallow and cream cheese on the stove or in the microwave. Mix the crushed pineapple into the marshmallow/cream cheese mixture. Beat the whipping cream and add to pineapple mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Mix Jello with boiling water and cold water. Let set until it begins to thicken and then pour over the pineapple mixture.
