The Impossible Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces coconut flakes (1 Can)
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions
In a blender, combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix,eggs and vanilla. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 min. Pour into greased 9" round or square pan. Let stand at room temp.for 5min. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Bake at 350F for 4min cool on wire rack. Yield: 1 cake.
