This family-favorite meatloaf has all the flavors of pizza -- basil, oregano, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
  • 1 package McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
  • 1/2 cup pizza or tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except pizza sauce and cheese, in large bowl until well blended.

2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with pizza sauce.

3. Bake 55 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cooked through.Test Kitchen Tip: To reduce sodium, prepare meatloaf with McCormick® 30% Less Sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix.
