Ingredients
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Rub
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Herb Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon OLD BAY® Rub
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

2. Mix bread crumbs, OLD BAY Rub and butter in small bowl. Coat salmon with bread crumb mixture.

3. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 4. For the Herb Sauce, mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Serve salmon with Herb Sauce.
