HOME MADE ICE CREAM 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 separated eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding (small box)
  • 1 can milnot
  • 1/2 gallon whole milk
Directions
Separate eggs. Beat egg white until stiff peaks form. Set mixture aside. In a separate bowl, beat yolks. Add sugar, vanilla, salt, and milnot. Add 6 cups of whole milk and box of vanilla pudding to mixture and mix well. Fold in egg whites. Pour mixture into 2 quart ice cream maker. Use rest of whole milk to fill ice cream maker to fill line. Put lid on ice maker. Layer ice and rock salt around container. Turn or run until stopped.
