Granny's Easy Cake Recipe

Preheat your oven to 325°. Put yellow cake mix, two eggs and cherry pie filling in a large bowl. Mix gently by hand and do not over mix (keeps the fruit pretty). Pour mixture into 9X13 greased & lightly floured pan. Bake at 325° for 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool cake and ice with cream cheese frosting.

Play with the recipe! You can make various cakes by switching out the cake mix, fruit filling and icing. My granny also uses apple pie filling in a spice cake mix and frosts it with cream cheese or caramel frosting. So delicious and so moist! The whole family loves granny's easy cakes!!!
