Easy Lemon Bars 8 Recipe

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting or lemon frosting
Beat dry cake mix, eggs and 1 t water until well blended. Batter will be very thick. Fold in pie filling. Spread in sprayed 15x10" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Test to be sure it's done.

Frost when cooled.
