Cherry Jubilee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cake
  • 1 fudge cake mix
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 Eggs
  • ICING
  • 1 cup 10 x sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 5 ounces margarine or 1 stick butter
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chips
Directions
Cake:

Mix cake mix, pie filling and eggs. Bake at 350 in a 13" x 9" pan according to time on box. Cool cake.

Icing:

Bring sugar, milk and butter to boil (1 minute). Remove from heat. Add semi-sweet chips. Stir until melted. Pour hot icing over COLD cake.
