Peanut Butter Ice Cream Squares Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups peanuts, chopped, divided
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 gallon ice cream, softened
Directions
Mix together first 3 ingredients and press in 9x13 pan. Place in freezer for about 10 minutes. Mix 3/4 cup peanuts, corn syrup and peanut butter, and set aside.

Spread half of ice cream evenly over crumbs in pan. Spread peanut butter mixture over ice cream, then add remainder of ice cream. Spread remaining peanuts over top. Freeze till firm.

Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
