COOK
45 mins

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Cut steak into serving-size pieces. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix evenly on both sides of steak. Pierce steak with a fork. Let stand 5 minutes. Place in single layer in bag.

2. Mix tomato sauce, water and flour with whisk until smooth. Pour over steak. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

3. Bake in lower half of oven 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. Stir sauce and serve with steak.

IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.

Variation: Prepare meat as directed. Use 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in place of tomato sauce and water. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour with whisk until smooth. Pour over meat. Continue as directed.
