Bag 'n Season® Pot Roast is the key to great tasting beef brisket that is extremely tender and juicy. Just 5 minutes to prepare and four ingredients make it so easy to get ready for the oven.

  • 1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pot Roast
  • 1 beef brisket (3 to 4 pounds), trimmed
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place brisket in bag.

2. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over meat. Add vinegar and water to bag. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

3. Bake in lower half of oven 2 hours. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve pan juices over brisket or thickened for gravy.

IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
