Cut Out Christmas Cookies 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • FROSTING:
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs; add vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Chill dough for easier rolling. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350° for 7 minutes.

For Frosting, beat ingredients until smooth. Frost and decorate cookies.
