Lemon Cheese Bars 13 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg.)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs
Directions
Mix dry cake mix, one egg and oil until crumbly, reserve one cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9x13 inch pan or glass baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and one egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool and cut into bars.
