1. Place chocolate chips and milk in microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Microwave additional 30 seconds, if needed. The chocolate will retain some of its original shape. Remove from microwave and stir until completely melted.
2. Divide the glaze in half and color each portion as desired. For a deep pink glaze, add 4 drops of red food color. For a red glaze, use 8 drops. Drizzle over Tender Heart Cookies or Cupid's Cupcakes.
