Rhubarb Crumble 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut inch small pieces
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 pack strawberry jello, dry
  • 1 cake mix, dry
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
Directions
Spread rhurbarb evenly in the bottom of a 7 x 11 inch pan. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and jell-o over top. Then sprinkle cake mix on top. Pour 1 cup boiling water over all and drizzle melted margarine over that. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with whipped topping or ice cream.
