Punch Bowl Cake 16 Recipe

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 instant vanilla pudding mixes (3.9 ounce )
  • 2 3.9 0 z). instant chocolate pudding mixes
  • 5 king size Butterfingers (3.7 ounce )
  • 28 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
Make cake mix according to package instructions and bake in 13 x 9" pan. Let cool. Make vanilla and chocolate puddings according to package and chill. Place Butterfingers in food processor and chop well. Using larger bowl or punch bowl line the bottom with a layer of cake. (Cut cake into pieces and also slice each piece horizontally into 2 thinner layers) Continue to layer with pudding, sprinkle generously with Butterfingers, and then a layer of Cool Whip. Continue layers with cake, pudding, Butterfingers, Cool Whip. End with a layer of Cool Whip and Butterfingers.

Can be made with other flavors of cake and pudding, also good with toffee chips. Candy may be replaced by strawberries, blueberries etc.
