Pay Day Bars 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup melted oleo
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup white corn syrup
  • 1 package peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup oleo
Directions
Mix cake mix, egg and 1/2 cup melted oleo. Pat in greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cover with marshmallows. Bake 5-7 minutes at 350°. Cool. Mix corn syrup, peanut butter chips and 1/4 cup oleo. Melt and pour over marshmallows. Add 2 cups peanuts to top. Cool. Cut and enjoy! (Good for potlucks. Never bring any back home!)
