Cranberry Crumb Cake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup sugar (or less)
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cranberry sauce OR cherry, blueberry, or apple pie filling
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. Cut margarine into this mixture. Add egg (beaten with a fork) and mix with the crumbs. Lightly press half of this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 x 1" pan. Spoon on all of the filling. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with Cool Whip or Ice Cream.
