  • 1 can (14 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
  • 4 ounces light rum
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 4 cups ice cubes

1. Place coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until slushy.

2. Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately.Pumpkin Pie Spiced Piña Colada Mocktail: Prepare as directed, omitting rum.
