Pear Pie 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch crust
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Cut pears lengthwise arrange cut side down in pie shell. Beat sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Pour in shell. Bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
