Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 package McCormick® Cheesy Taco Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • Assorted toppings, such as sliced green onions, chopped cilantro and chopped tomatoes

1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix and milk. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

2. Spread cream cheese in shallow microwaveable dish. Top with meat mixture. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

3. Garnish with desired toppings. Serve with tortilla chips.
