CINNAMON LOAVES Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Extra-Moist Yellow cake mix (18.5 ounce box)
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat first 5 ingredients at high speed with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour half the batter evenly into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 loaf pans. In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon and sugar mixture evenly over batter. Pour remaining batter evenly into loaf pans and sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture over both. Gently swirl sugar into batter with a knife. Bake for 45 minutes.

Loaves make great gifts and can be stored in the freezer but must be well-wrapped.
