Pumpkin Dessert 13 Recipe

  • 9 ounces Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin pie mix (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup cup chopped pecans
  • Cool whip
  • Whole pecans
Beat eggs, add sugar and cinnamon. Beat, add milk and pumpkin. Mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture in the pan. Melt margarine and drizzle over cake mix. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Cool. Serve each piece with cool whip and a whole pecan on top.
