Crescent Roll Dessert Recipe

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven at 350°. Layer one roll of crescent rolls in bottom of a 9X13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolk. Spread over bottom layer of crescent roll. Layer second can of crescent rolls on top of mixture, then spread egg white with a spoon over rolls and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
