New York Vanilla Cheesecake Recipe

Delicious plain or can be topped with cherry pie filling.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese, room temperature (8 ounce pkgs)
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons flour
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine together and press in bottom of cheese cake pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

Beat filling ingredients until very smooth and place in crumb crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 250 and finish baking, about 25-30 minutes.
