Mandarin Orange Cake aka: Hawaiian Delight Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cake
  • 1 box yellow cake
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 1 - 11 ounce can mandarin oranges with juice
  • Topping
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice (20 ounce can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (small box)
  • 1 package Cool Whip (8 ounce pkg)
Directions
Mix together cake ingredients and bake in a 325 oven for 30 min.

Thoroughly cool cake.

Mix together pineapple with juice, vanilla and pudding. Fold in whipped topping and spread evenly over cooled cake. Sore in the refrigerator.
